​​Like any other musical event or charitable donation, there are no refunds. The ticket price is non-refundable. All VIP tickets and day passes can be picked up at our registration office July 31st - August 4th
​from 11am - 2:30 pm, or at the door on the day of the event you are attending. No tickets will be mailed, only email confirmation letters. Thanks for your continued support.
