Like any other musical event or charitable donation, there are no refunds. The ticket price is non-refundable. All VIP tickets and day passes can be picked up at our registration office August 1st - August 4th from 11am - 2:30 pm, or at the door on the day of the event you are attending. No tickets will be mailed, only email conformation letters. Thanks for your continued support.
