The Jus’ Blues Music Foundation is proud to officially announce award-winning blues artist/producer Dexter Allen as the official Musical Director for the highly anticipated 26th Annual Jus’ Blues Music Awards. This prestigious celebration of Blues & Soul heritage will take place on Thursday, July 30, 2026, at the spectacular IP Casino Resort Spa in Biloxi, Mississippi.
As Musical Director, Dexter Allen will oversee the evening's live arrangements, steering the house band to anchor unforgettable tribute performances dedicated to this year's elite class of honorees and some surprise guest artists.
The 2026 Jus’ Blues Music Awards features an extraordinary lineup of definitive performers, tribute performances honoring legends of yesterday and making their own mark at the 26 annual Jus’ Blues Music Awards.
You won’t want to miss this electrifying, star‑studded awards performance spotlighting an A‑list roster of today’s leading artists., Harrell Davenport tribute to B. B. King, Queen Iretta tribute to KoKo Taylor, J'Cenae tribute to MIllie Jackson, Jamiah Rogers tribute to Bobby Rush, Singa B tribute to John Lee Hooker, Mzz Reese tribute to Denise LaSalle, Mose Stovall tribute to William Bell, Jaye Hammer tribute to Bobby Blue Bland and Houston, Texas First lady of Soul Trudy Lynn Tribute. Closing out the night will be Pastor Derek The Change Man Smith honors Little Milton. So, this a night filled with Blues & Soul stars of today.
The awards ceremony promises to deliver an electric night celebrating the past, present, and future of authentic Blues culture.

Wednesday, July 29 – The Blue Carpet Meet & Greet
Kick off the conference with a Blues & Southern Soul vibe as all attendees mix and mingle with this year’s Honorees, artists, industry professionals, sponsors, supporters, and fans for an intimate evening of networking and fellowship.
Thursday, July 30 – The 26th Annual Jus’ Blues Music Awards
Our signature Blues & Soul awards gala is back again, bigger, bolder, and full of surprises. The evening kicks off with an elegant dinner celebrating this year’s standout legends, followed by our high-energy awards show featuring iconic performances and rising stars. Some of this year’s honorees include: Mose Stovall, Jay Hammer, Rico McFarland, Jamiah Rogers, Roosevelt Purifoy, and Iretta Sanders. It’s a night of legends and nonstop vibes, always surprising and always fun.
Friday, July 31 – Jus’ Blues “Blues Got Soul” Tech Conference
This year’s theme, “Museum Without Walls,” transforms the conference experience into a living, breathing archive of Blues history and culture. Attendees will explore rare and powerful unforgettable moments from past Jus’ Blues honorees. A distinguished panel of renowned photographers who have documented some of the most electrifying performances in Jus’ Blues history will share their unique perspectives in capturing many special moments.
Friday Night – Jus’ Blues White Linen Party
Step into an evening of elegance with Southern cuisine at the annual Jus’ Blues White Linen Party. From chic looks to electric grooves, get ready for a night of live music, a high-energy DJ, and nonstop dancing where the cool crowd connects and turns the night all the way up.
